What types of batteries do you check for capacity?

What battery voltage does the device test with?

Does our device require any maintenance?

BatteryMS device is designed to high operational reliability and “maintenance free”. It operates without any maintenance

Does the device require a separate power source, battery?

The device does not use a separate power source. The device is powered by a battery and has very low energy consumption. The consumption of energy reach a very low level, due to the short test lapse of time.

Ability to monitor the voltages, current, temperature, state of health and state of charge of lead-acid batteries.

The system can be programmed to monitor these battery parameters.

Ability to monitor up to 4 (four) batteries simultaneously.

The BATTERYMS uses an advanced microcontroller with proven intelligent software
algorithms that measures battery capacity. This intelligent software module will readily monitor a battery bank up to 4000A simultaneously (at 120A more than 30 batteries). The BATTERYMS measurements are preprogrammed at specified intervals, it then calculates and compensates for variables to obtain accurate results. This technology makes possible ambush in stealth
mode.

Ability to retrofit into existing ground vehicle platforms and multi-battery power systems.

On-board computer independent for stand-alone operation is integral to the BATTERYMS design features.

The intelligent BATTERYMS device generates RS-232/485 or wireless data streams providing a comprehensive status report regarding battery health. For instance, it can display the operational status of a military vehicle under storage.

Batteryms sends data (serial or wireless) to a monitoring station, showing theaccurate battery capacity status and makes appropriate recommendations.

What battery parameters does the device monitor?

BatteryMS device monitor – Battery capacity, State of Charge level, Battery State of Health

The system monitors status of the battery under test by safely measuring dynamic parameters such as short circuit current, open circuit voltage. Test results are computed using patented technology and know how as a result of many years in R&D.
